A modern spec mansion in the Hollywood Hills featuring interiors designed by rock star Lenny Kravitz has hit the market for $38 million.

The Stanley House is Kravitz’s first single-family home project designed through his eponymous firm, according to the Los Angeles Times. From the shag rugs to the jean jacket cleverly strewn on the marble table at the center of a massive walk-in closet, Kravitz certainly left his mark.

The five-bedroom, seven-bath home was the last project designed by XTEN Principal Austin Kelly before he died of cancer in 2015. The home at 1894 North Stanley Avenue spans three floors covering 10,700 square feet, topped by a cantilevered story with a huge open living space and a fireplace at the center. That level opens up to a wraparound balcony with views of the city from the home’s perch in the Hills about half a mile from Sunset Boulevard.

The level below opens to a 70-foot-wide half-moon infinity swimming pool. Another level down is home to a nightclub, dubbed “disco Volante,” according to the Hilton & Hyland listing.

Hilton & Hyland agent Branden Williams, who is selling the home with his wife and fellow agent Rayni Williams, is listed as the manager of the entity that owns the property, according to the Los Angeles Times. [LAT] — Dennis Lynch
