Legendary Entertainment founder Thomas Tull and his wife, Alba Tull, have put their sprawling 33-acre compound in Thousand Oaks on the market for $85 million.

The list price for the property, in the North Ranch neighborhood, would make it among the costliest in the region, the Los Angeles Times reported. The couple is planning to relocate his family and holding company, Tulco, to the Pittsburgh area.

Forbes last year listed Tull’s net worth at $1.1 billion.

Tull, who is also a part-owner of the Pittsburgh Steelers, has produced blockbuster hits including “The Dark Knight” trilogy, “Jurassic World” and “The Hangover” series. He resigned his title as chairman and chief executive of Legendary when China’s Dalian Wanda Group acquired the company for $3.5 billion.

Comprised of over four parcels acquired in the last seven years, the property includes an 18th century, French-style 32,000-square-foot main estate. Super amenities include a 2,500-bottle wine room and Dolby Laboratories-certified cinema. There is also a five-acre working organic farm, sports court, pool house with Himalayan salt therapy room, 11,000-square-foot guest house and auto museum complete the outside.

More than 50,000 square feet of living space can be found on the property, as well as 12 bedrooms and 32 bathrooms.
