This week in celeb real estate: Miley Cyrus sells her home, Louis Tomlinson seeks $13M in Calabasas…and more

What does the subject of a Securities and Exchange Commission investigation and Miley Cyrus have in common? A home in the Hidden Hills, it turns out. The child star-turned-pop icon has reportedly sold her equestrian home, built by none other than the now-bankrupt Woodbridge Group of Companies, for $5 million. That’s the same price she paid for it nearly three years ago. Inside, five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, 1,000-bottle wine cellar and wet bar can be found within 6,000 square feet, Variety reported. Outside, a 10-stall barn with riding ring will satisfy any horse lover.

Over on the Malibu shore, “X-Men” cinematographer Newton Thomas Sigel sold his longtime home for $6.4 million. The 3,300-square-foot home on Las Flores Beach includes four bedrooms, an electric car charging station and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, the Los Angeles Times reported. It first hit the market in March for just under $7 million. Sigel’s credits can be found on “Drive” and “Superman Returns.”

One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson is aiming for the big bucks on a Calabasas home. The “X-Factor” alum listed his 9,650-square-foot home for nearly $14 million. It includes five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and two guesthouses. He paid $10 million for the 4.7-acre compound in late 2015, Variety reported. He also unsuccessfully tried renting the home for $40,000.

Actor Michael Chiklis has found a buyer for his Sherman Oaks estate. The “Gotham” actor sold his Traditional-style home for $4.8 million, nearly $3.7 million more than he paid for it over two decades ago. Spanning 5,800 square feet, the residence includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a parlor room, billiards room and screening room. A swimming pool, spa and basketball half-court complete the outside, the Los Angeles Times reported.
