The home of the late Paramount executive Brad Grey went on the market this week, asking $77.5 million. Grey and his wife, Cassandra, completed the 12,800-square-foot home less than two years ago. The Carolwood Drive estate includes five bedrooms, two kitchens, a gym, Pilates studio, sauna and outdoor swimming pool. Grey, who co-founded the Brillstein-Grey Entertainment agency and served as chairman and CEO of Paramount Pictures for 12 years, died of cancer in May. Linda May of Hilton & Hyland shares the listing with Stephen Shapiro of Westside Estate Agency.

Over on the Malibu coast, Mel Gibson cut the price of his hillside estate, just one month into the listing. The Oscar winner initially asked $17.5 million for the five-bedroom home. At 6,600 square feet, it includes multiple outdoor living areas, four-and-a-half bathrooms, detached guest house and two swimming pools, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Damon Skelton and Britt Elizondo of Compass have the $16.5 million listing.

In the Mulholland Estates neighborhood, Hollywood bad boy Charlie Sheen is seeking a buyer for his longtime home for just a smidge under $10 million. The two-story house includes seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms within 8,900 square feet. A game room, movie theater, gym, outdoor kitchen and swimming pool complete the property, Variety reported. Ben Salem of Rodeo Realty has the listing.

Whoopi Goldberg has sold her Pacific Palisades estate. The TV personality quickly unloaded her two-story home for $8.8 million, just a few weeks after listing, the Los Angeles Times reported. It features five bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a separate guest house, a three-car garage and pool. The main house includes a staff office and a “hidden speakeasy bar.” The home sits on roughly a half acre that overlooks a canyon. David Mossler of Mossler Properties and Douglas Elliman had the listing.
