Residential developer Holland Partner Group is expanding its Los Angeles portfolio with plans for a 271-unit complex in Downtown Long Beach.
The Vancouver, Washington-based company has had several projects in Downtown L.A.
The proposed development, which local news site Longbeachize reported, would have 11 units set aside as affordable housing.
The existing MADhaus Gallery warehouse and a vacant lot would be torn down to make way for the project, which would rise at the southeast corner of 7th Street and Pacific Avenue.
Holland has developed a handful of projects around L.A., including the Sofia Los Angeles, a mixed-use complex, at 1120 West 6th Street in Downtown.
Holland Partner did not immediately return requests for comment. [Longbeachize] — Hannah Madans
