This week in celeb real estate: Ben Affleck puts down roots in the Palisades, nightclub owner Sam Nazarian relists…and more

Sam Nazarian and Ben Affleck

Ben Affleck, he of the “Good Will Hunting” and “Batman” franchise, is close to buying a mansion in the Pacific Palisades, just a few blocks away from his former pad. Spanning 12,850 square feet, the $19.25 million home includes seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, guesthouse, game room, library and swimming pool. The actor was seen shopping with girlfriend Lindsay Shookus, a “Saturday Night Live” producer, in October. Gary Glass of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices had that listing.

Nightclub owner Sam Nazarian is hoping for another go-around in the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood, where he’s relisted his pad for just under $9 million. With 8,700 square feet of living space, the three-story Mediterranean-style home holds six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and swimming pool with spa, the Los Angeles Times reported. Nazarian, whose company SBE owns the Mondrian Hotel and SLS Beverly Hills, among others, paid $6.5 million for the home two years ago. Agency brokers David Parnes and James Harris have the listing.

In less than one month since listing, comedian Marc Maron sold his Highland Park abode. The “WTF with Marc Maron Podcast” host has interviewed hundreds of celebrities — including Barack Obama when he still president — from the home’s garage, which of course, is included in the sale. The Spanish-style home was listed for $750,000 in late March. He paid $370,000 for the 932-square-foot home in 2003.

Meanwhile, another comedian podcaster and actress Anna Faris listed her pad in the Hollywood Hills for $2.5 million. The “House Bunny” star had shared the house with former hubby, Chris Pratt, since 2005, before their December split. The three-bedroom house in Laurel Canyon sits on a 1-acre cul de sac, Curbed reported. It features a bocce ball court and swimming pool.
