Michael Feinstein, the singer and writer, is bidding adieu to his longtime mansion in Los Feliz. He and his husband, Terrence Flannery, have put the Tudor Revival-style home on the market for $26 million. Spanning just over 15,200 square feet, the residence boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a movie theater, wine cellar, gym and swimming pool. The two have owned it since 1988, a few decades after it housed the Russian Consulate. A bi-coastal Douglas Elliman team share the listing with a duo from Keller Williams.

In a unique turn of events, Wayne Gretzky has acquired his former pad in Thousand Oaks. The NHL Hall of Famer paid $13.5 million for the 6.5-acre property, which he had sold in 2007 for $18.5 million to former New York Mets star and convicted felon Lenny Dykstra. The home ultimately ended up in an auction, selling for $760,000 to Index Investors, the Los Angeles Times reported. Now, the Richard Landry-designed property is back in “The Great One’s” hands, where he’ll again enjoy its six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, rose gardens, tennis court and home theater. Gretzky retired in 1999 after 20 seasons in the NHL, nine most valuable player awards and four Stanley Cup trophies.

Film and television director Martin Campbell is hoping for better luck this time, re-listing his Pacific Palisades home with a lower asking price of $9.5 million. Campbell and his wife, Sol E. Romero, first listed the property at $10.5 million less than two years ago, Variety reported. Spanning just over 10,600 square feet, the mansion includes six bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as a library, stone fireplace and landscaped backyard. Campbell’s most popular flicks include “Green Lantern,” “Casino Royale” and “Golden Eye.”

Meanwhile, music mogul Dr. Dre picked up a custom home in Calabasas. It has a game room, home theater, six bedrooms, engineered studio office and five bathrooms, spread out across 9,400 square feet of living space. A free-form swimming pool and spa complete the exterior, the Los Angeles Times reported. Dre, the mastermind behind Aftermath Entertainment and Beats Electronics, will add the estate to his real estate portfolio, which include a Brentwood residence formerly owned by Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen.
