This week, the former home of hotshot Hollywood producer and executive Brian Grazer traded for $25.4 million in an off-market deal. The Imagine Entertainment co-founder lived in the beachfront residence up until 2014, when he sold the mansion for $17.4 million. It’s been used as a pricey rental ever since, raking in up to $275,000 per month. With 6,000 square feet of living space, the Mediterranean-style home includes five bedrooms and eight bathrooms spread across three stories, the Los Angeles Times reported. It also features an art studio and media room, in addition to an indoor swimming pool. Markus Canter and his wife Cristie St. James Canter had the listing.

Elsewhere in Beverly Hills, another home with a bit more square footage is being shopped for $22 million. Located in the gated Beverly Ridge Estates, the Gothic-style mansion belongs to David Gebbia and “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” personality Carlton Gebbia. The 15,200-square-foot estate, designed by Carlton Gebbia herself, includes a custom bar and “burlesque room,” the Los Angeles Times reported. An underground garage also has space for six vehicles. Yawar Charlie and Aaron Kirman of Pacific Union International have the listing.

Brian Robbins, the man behind Awesomeness TV, is also seeking to sell his property, found in Brentwood. At $16.5 million, the 11,300-square-foot home has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The Stephen Giannetti-designed home also comes equipped with a fitness center, entertainment lounge, swimming pool and two-story poolside guesthouse, Variety reported. Robbins paid around $13 million for the property in 2013, acquiring it from fellow television producer Andrew O’Connor.

In Hollywood, meanwhile, a familiar residence is now being shopped around by a different agent, and with a new price point. The former home of legendary producer and promoter Sid Bernstein — which appears in the opening sequence of James Dean’s 1959 film “Rebel Without a Cause” — has relisted at $3.8 million, down from $4.4 million. It spans around 4,400 square feet, and includes a swimming pool, outdoor deck, steam room and gym. Josh Flagg and Bobby Boyd of Rodeo Realty are now listing the property.
