Another entertainment firm is moving into the recently renovated Harbor Building.

Create Advertising, an entertainment ad agency, has signed a deal to occupy 42,000 square feet at the Jamison-owned building at 4201 Wilshire Boulevard in Miracle Mile, the companies announced Tuesday.

Developer Jamison will build out the sixth floor for the media company, as well as upgrade the common areas on the tenant’s floor. Once completed, the space will feature private offices, meeting rooms and soundproofed editing rooms.

Robert Hooks of Cushman & Wakefield represented Create. Ben Silver, Jeffrey Resnick and Stefan Neumann of First Property represented Jamison.

This is the third entertainment company to lease space at the six-story, 258,000-square-foot Harbor Building recently. In 2016, Entertainment One signed a long-term lease for roughly 30,000 square feet to house its reality television and music divisions in the building. Advertising agency Concept Arts, which created campaigns for the movie “La La Land,” then signed a deal for approximately 42,000 square feet in October.

Create, led by CEO David Stern, has worked on digital campaigns for television series including “The Handmaid’s Tale,” “The People vs. OJ Simpson,” as well as theatrical campaigns for “Black Panther” and “I Feel Pretty.”
