There was an onslaught of new listings this week, ranging from $4 million all the up…to $125 million. A Hollywood scion, who is grandson to late-great powerhouse agent Lew Wasserman, had the nine-figure listing in Beverly Hills.

Dubbed the Foothill Estate, a newly-built mansion came on the market this week for $125 million. Casey Wasserman, a sports and entertainment executive, built the home on three former lots. One of which belonged to his grandparents’ famous next-door neighbor, Frank Sinatra. The 18,500-square-foot property has five bedrooms, an elevator, a screening room, art studio and 1,150-square-foot gym. Outside, is an 85-foot infinity pool.

In Holmby Hills, two restaurateurs-turned-socialites are asking $78 million for their mansion. The 30,000-square-foot property, built from scratch by Mr. Chow owners Michael and Eva Chow, is modeled after the Museo Reina Sofia in Madrid. There are seven bedrooms, two staff rooms, an underground theater and an Art Deco-inspired library. It also features Moorish columns dating back four centuries, Art Deco furniture and intricate, Florentine ceilings that highlight the couple’s art collection. The couple built the home in the mid-2000s, after demolishing the former residence on site.

Drake bought his third home in the Hidden Hills neighborhood this week, dropping $4.5 million for a ranch-style home. With this property, the singer has now amassed three contiguous lots that total 6.7 acres, suggesting there could be some demolition and development in the works. The 2,500-square-foot home has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. He paid $7.7 million and later, $2.85 million, for the neighboring homes, Variety reported.

Paris Hilton’s former digs in the Hollywood Hills also went on the market this week for $4.8 million. Located at Kings Road, above the Sunset Strip, the Hollywood Regency-style home has four bedrooms, a media room, a swimming pool and landscaped backyard. It also comes equipped with all of Hilton’s furniture. Hilton acquired the home for $2.8 million in December 2004, records show. The Agency has the listing.
