Kylie Jenner, Travis Scott pay $13.5M for 90210 pad

The musical artist who gave us the 2015 hit single “90210” now has a residence with the same coveted zip code.

Rapper Travis Scott and billionaire Kylie Jenner picked up a mansion in Beverly Hills Post Office this month for $13.5 million, according to real estate blog Yolanda’s Little Black Book. Records show the house was co-purchased by the couple.

The 9,680-square-foot home on Delresto Drive has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It includes a 2,300-square-foot master suite, a gym and massage room. The gated 1.1-acre lot also has a guest house, a pool and formal gardens.

Built in 1971, the home last traded for $6.3 million in 2014, and has since been rebuilt with design firm ANR Signature Collection. It was originally listed in 2016 for $16.9 million.

Jenner has built a hefty real estate portfolio with profitable home flips the past few years. Last month, she sold a home in Hidden Hills for $6.7 million. In the past couple years, she sold a home in Calabasas for $3.2 million, purchased an eight-bedroom, 13,200-square-foot spec mansion in Hidden Hills for $12.4 million, and also flipped a property there for $5.4 million.

She may have picked up the hobby from her mother, Kris Jenner, who has been busy flipping homes, and in September bought a $12-million mansion in Coachella Valley. [Yolanda] – Gregory Cornfield
