There will be two new real estate events in Los Angeles next week.
On Oct. 30, the Real Women in Real Estate Los Angeles (RWIRELA) will host its Real Women In Real Estate Halloween Bash from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., at Caffe Roma, 350 North Canon Drive. Eat, drink and be scary with the leading women in real estate.
On Oct. 31, Bisnow is hosting its Future of the Eastside of Los Angeles event from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza, 251 S. Oliver Street. The discussion will include topics such as how the Downtown high-rise boom spread to Chinatown, and which neighborhoods the hipsters are moving into. Chris Tourtellotte of Laterra Development, Larry Bond of Bond Companies and Adrian Berger of Cypress Equity Investments will offer their insights.
