Bruce Willis is hoping to sell his country estate in New York for $12.95 million.
The 22-acre estate is near Bedford Corners, and Willis and his wife Emma are listing it because they plan to move to the West Coast, according to the Wall Street Journal. They paid $12 million for the property in 2014 and are splitting their time between there and their Manhattan apartment.
The five-bedroom main home spans about 9,000 square feet, and its amenities include a garden, wine cellar and media room. The property also includes three cottages with a total of seven bedrooms for hosting guests or staff.
Douglas Elliman has the listing.
The Willises plan to keep their apartment in Manhattan at One West End. They bought the four-bedroom, roughly 3,000-square-foot unit in early 2018. It was on the market for about $8 million. [WSJ] – Eddie Small
