A star couple-turned-home flippers has scored another big deal. No, it’s not Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi. Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his supermodel wife Behati Prinsloo led the pack this week with their $45 million flip in Beverly Hills, sold just one month listing the massive property. And as another entertainment executive made a sale in Brentwood Park, other celebrities aimed for smaller deals in Toluca Lake and the Hollywood Hills.

The sale price of Levine and Prinsloo’s palatial Beverly Hills mansion was far above the $34 million the couple bought the home for a year ago. It was about $2 million less than what they originally listed it for in April.  The buyer was not identified, according to the Los Angeles Times, which first reported on the sale. Located at Loma Vista Drive, the 10,370-square-foot mansion has five bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The property, home to a few other celebrities in the past, also includes a guest house, tennis court, screening room, outdoor deck and oval-shaped swimming pool.

In the gated Brentwood Park neighborhood, Hollywood producer Anton Lessine unloaded his home for $16.8 million. Acting through Dastel Holdings LLC, Lessine sold the property to buyers Ashley and Andrew Lebowitz, who purchased the estate through a family trust. The Bristol Avenue property, which sits on a 27,000-square-foot lot, includes a 13,000-square-foot main house. It has seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Lessine has worked on hits like “Fury,” “Dirty Grandpa” and “Sabotage.”

Peter Casey, co-creator of television sitcom “Frasier,” is selling his home in Toluca Lake for nearly $8 million. The 1-acre property, once owned — way back — by W.C. Fields, boasts a 6,600-square-foot main home with six bedrooms and six bathrooms, the Los Angeles Times reported. Outside, there is a swimming pool, spa, fireplace and expansive lawn. In addition to “Frasier,” the producer and screenwriter has been involved with other popular shows, including “The Jeffersons,” “Cheers” and “Wings.”

Former boy-bander Louis Tomlinson has listed his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad for less than he bought it. The “One Direction” star is selling the 6,000-square-foot home for just under $7 million, roughly $300,000 under what he paid for it almost three years ago. In addition to views of the city, the modern home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, Variety reported. Amenities include a wine cellar, marble floors and infinity-edge swimming pool. Tomlinson is a judge on the “The X Factor,” the same show which catapulted his former boy band to fame.
