David E. Kelley and Michelle Pfeiffer aren’t done with the Pacific Palisades.
A company tied to TV writer/producer Kelley — husband to the Hollywood actress — paid $22.5 million for a home there, county records reviewed by The Real Deal show. The purchase comes just after the celebrity couple closed on the sale of another property in the upscale neighborhood, and while they have one more still on the market.
The 10,300-square-foot Mediterranean style home has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, and is located alongside the Riviera Country Club.
The seller was listed as 1116 Napoli Development LLC, which is managed by Scott A. Pendery, records show. The home underwent extensive renovations that more than doubled its size since it sold for $7.8 million in 2016, according to marketing material.
Compass’ Cindy Ambuehl had the listing.
The sale closed Jan. 17, shortly after Pfeiffer and Kelley sold a Pacific Palisades home for $9.1 million to Houston Astros owner Jim Crane. That 3,000-square-foot property has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Pfeiffer and Kelley paid $8.15 million for it three years ago.
In late December, they sold their Silicon Valley ranch-style compound in Woodside for $22 million. The 6,300-square-foot Mediterranean-style home was originally listed in 2018 for $29.5 million.
And in November, the couple listed a 2,900-square-foot Pacific Palisades home for $8.35 million.
