Los Angeles Clippers star Kawhi Leonard paid $17.1 million for a Pacific Palisades mansion, making it his third Southern California home.

The 11,815-square-foot home on Paseo Miramar has seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, according to Dirt.com, which first reported the purchase.

The mansion was built for film producer Ryan Kavanaugh and completed in 2018. Kavanaugh listed the property the following year, asking $25 million. The home was most recently on the market for $17.5 million.

Leonard also has a unit at Ritz-Carlton Residences at LA Live, and a home outside San Diego; he attended San Diego State University.

Leonard joins his teammate Paul George in the neighborhood. George bought his Pacific Palisades home in late 2019 for $16 million.

Lakers star LeBron James recently lowered the asking price on his Sherman Oaks home to $20.5 million — nearly $500,000 less than he paid for it in 2015. James paid $36.75 million for a Beverly Hills mansion in the fall.

And former Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade and his wife, actress Gabrielle Union, recently dropped the asking price on their Sherman Oaks home.
