Rihanna has added to her growing L.A. real estate portfolio with a second home in Beverly Hills, next door to the one she bought in March.
For the latest purchase, the musician and mogul paid $10 million for a 3,594-square-foot house in Beverly Hills Post Office, according to Dirt. Rihanna owns a handful of other properties around Los Angeles, including a home in the Hollywood Hills and a condo at The Century in Century City.
Built in 1939, the new addition to Rihanna’s collection has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. There is a separate guesthouse with a bedroom suite above the garage. The backyard has a swimming pool and an extensive brick patio area. The property totals about half an acre. The previous owners bought the property in 2015 for around $5.1 million.
In an off-market deal reported in March, Rihanna paid $13.8 million for a larger home next door. That property is a 7,600-square-foot, and designed in a modern farmhouse-style. It also dates to the 1930s, but previous owner Daniel Starr tore down most of it and rebuilt it.
Singer Doja Cat also recently bought in the neighborhood, paying $2.2 million for a 2,400-square-foot home on a hillside lot.
