Lori Loughlin puts Hidden Hills mansion up for sale at $18M

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have put their 11,800-square-foot mansion in Hidden Hills up for sale for $17.5 million, nearly twice what they paid for it four years ago.

The “Full House” actress and the fashion designer have listed the five-year-old house at 25210 Jim Bridger Road, according to Realtor.com and the Robb Report.

The couple, who both served prison time for their involvement in the Varsity Blues college admissions scandal, paid $9.5 million in 2020 for the 1.5-acre estate in the gated celebrity haven in the west San Fernando Valley.

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, where Loughlin and Giannulli have fixed up the grounds with a dozen mature olive trees.

Built in the modern farmhouse style, the mansion combines “modern luxury with rustic charm,” according to the listing by Arvin Haddad of The Agency.

It has a soaring foyer, with high ceilings and a clerestory that floods the interior with natural light across maple floors, formal living room, dining room and family room. The kitchen has marble counters, top appliances and white oak cabinets The master bedroom has a fireplace, two baths, and mountain views.

Highlights include a tricked-out gym, home theater and a wine room now decorated with a 1960s BMW motorcycle.

The backyard has a pool, fire pit, barbecue area and a covered dining area.

Loughlin is best known as Aunt Becky on the TV sitcom “Full House” and its Netflix sequel, “Fuller House.”

For her role in the college admissions scandal, in which she admitted paying $500,000 to get her two daughters into USC, she served two months in prison. Giannulli served a five-month sentence. Both paid $150,000 fines and were ordered to perform community service.

Before they moved to Hidden Hills, the couple sold a Bel-Air mansion for $18.7 million to Tinder co-founder Justin Mateen after initially seeking $35 million, according to Realtor.com.

Loughlin and Giannulli own a $13 million desert vacation retreat at the Madison Club in La Quinta in the Coachella Valley , where neighbors include Apple’s Tim Cook, Nike’s Phil Knight, Justin Bieber and members of the Kardashian clan.
