It’s hard to say and the latest data comprising the Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles from Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team indicates a mixed bag. The report, which is compiled by the team’s Marcy Roth, tallied 17 homes that went into contract last week, which equated to $126.9 million in asking dollar volume.
