Fear of God founder Jerry Lorenzo and his family are ready to cut ties with their Los Feliz residence after snapping up a new pad elsewhere in Los Angeles. The upscale streetwear designer listed 2401 Nottingham Avenue this week for $9.5 million. He tapped Carolwood Estates’ Marci Kays and Jonathan Mogharrabi, along with Plus Real Estate’s Tyrone McKillen, to market the property.
