Another residential heavyweight has hit the market with the $110 million listing of an estate perched at the Riviera Country Club’s 7th hole. The property at 859 Woodacres Road was designed by the late Howard Backen, known for his work on residential and winery projects. The sprawling mansion was the largest listing to enter the market last week, according to a Los Angeles County report compiled by Marcy Roth from Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team.
