Corinthia Hotels International is growing its planned redevelopment portfolio in Beverly Hills. An entity affiliated with the Malta-based hotel owner and manager bought the office building at 9800 Wilshire Boulevard and an adjoining parking structure for $100 million, CoStar reported. The seller was private equity firm The Gores Group. The deal ranks among the most expensive office transactions in the past year in Los Angeles County.
