More single-family homes in Sawtelle are slated to be replaced with multifamily residential properties. Terra Capital filed an application to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning to build a new eight-story building at 2219 South Wellesley Avenue, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The property sits a few blocks southwest of the Expo/Bundy Metro station, and as a result, would benefit from Transit Oriented Development incentives.
