Nineties sitcom star Patricia Richardson is hanging up the for-sale sign on her Brentwood residence after almost three decades calling the address home. The actress, best known for her role as Jill Taylor on ABC’s “Home Improvement,” is asking just under $10 million, or roughly $1,492 per square foot, for 196 Granville Avenue, which is expected to come to market on Friday. The Emmy nominee bought the home in 1996, according to property records, and raised her three children in the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home.
