The city of Glendale is slated to receive a new business park with small-bay industrial condominiums. MG Business Park, a new development from the Mangat Group, is expected to begin construction early next year and offer units ranging in size from 1,440 to 14,700 square feet, the Phoenix Business Journal reported. The industrial condos will rise at the southeast corner of Glendale Avenue and New River Road.
