Lincoln Property Company recently hired a seven-member occupier services team away from Savills. Corey Davidson and David DiPietro are co-leaders for the team that’ll be spread out across Los Angeles, New York and Houston. The rest of the team are Joshua Meltzer, Liron Nelik, Doug Fine, Ian Zilla and Jen Fan. The seven have executed over 2,500 transactions totaling more than 60 million square feet and $20 billion in transaction value, combined, in their careers, according to a release.
