The priciest sale ever recorded for the Westwood neighborhood of Little Holmby closed for $20.3 million last week. The purchase price on 10301 Strathmore Drive pencils out to $1,975 per square foot for the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom residence. That home sold for 20 percent more than the previous historical high, set last year for Little Holmby, which is bound by Holmby Hills and the University of California, Los Angeles.
