Link Logistics Real Estate’s proposed office complex redevelopment in Culver City got the green light from city planners. The Culver City Planning Commission approved Link Logistics’ proposal to turn an office park in the Fox Hills neighborhood into a mixed-use development with more than 1,000 housing units across 8.3 acres, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The plan calls for demolishing low-rise office buildings at 5757 Uplander Way and building three seven-story buildings with 1,077 units and 5,772 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
