A proposed film production campus in Baldwin Hills is moving forward as more details about the site emerge. The Los Angeles Department of City Planning has released a new environmental report showcasing plans for 4S Bay Partners’ production facilities at 3701 West Stocker Street, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The development, known as Stocker Street Creative, would consist of five new buildings and a sixth small security office.
