The state of California is dishing out nearly $1 billion in grant funding for affordable housing projects across the state, including four different developments in the Los Angeles area. The California Strategic Growth Council approved $866 million in grant funding, including more than $182 million for efforts in Los Angeles County, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
