JLL made two recent personnel moves: Dillon Bergum, who joined the Southern California multifamily investment sales team, and Paul Brindley, who returned to the U.S. to co-head the Los Angeles capital markets office. Bergum, throughout his career, closed about $6 billion in trades — and prior to landing at JLL, was on a Newmark capital markets team. He had stints at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE.
