Uncommon Developers is tweaking its plans for an apartment building in Hollywood. The Chatsworth-based development firm has beefed up its proposal for apartments at 7441 Sunset Boulevard, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. A new application filed with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning calls for the construction of a 15-story building with 143 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments above parking for 143 vehicles and 3,585 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
