Amazon has signed a new lease for a Los Angeles-area warehouse spanning more than 600,000 square feet. The Jeff Bezos-led e-commerce giant signed a lease for 615,000 square feet at 6100 Garfield Avenue in Commerce, Bisnow reported, citing a fourth-quarter report from Savills. Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but a source told Bisnow that the agreement is for a 10-year term. The deal was the largest in the Los Angeles-area industrial market in the fourth quarter.
