Richardson, who placed her long-time home at 196 Granville Avenue on the market in late October, is set to close on the sale of the property Friday, according to listing brokerage Carolwood Estates. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home spanning over 6,600 square feet first hit the market in late October for nearly $10 million, or $1,498 per square foot.
