Celebrity agent Santiago Arana is testing a $65 million price tag for his speculative Brentwood mansion that’s being billed as a wellness retreat. The nine-bedroom, 14-bathroom residence at 401 North Tigertail Road pencils out to $3,250 per square foot on the four-year construction project. Arana, who is a principal at The Agency, also develops high-end homes and partnered with David Herskowitz on the Tigertail listing.
