The latest exit out of Beverly Hills brokerage Hilton Hilton is Justin Alexander, who packed up his business and most of his team to head to The Agency. Alexander, along with Tab Howard and Jeremy Lingvall, are now based out of The Agency’s Beverly Hills office. Doris Tan, who was previously on Alexander’s team remains, with Hilton Hilton as one of three agents — the others being Conrad Hilton and Jack Shulruff — at the brokerage led by chair Rick Hilton.
