A 4.7-acre site in Woodland Hills is under new ownership and slated to become part of a fully affordable housing development in Warner Center. An affiliate of Wellpointe Incorporated purchased 6400 Canoga Avenue from Sandstone Properties for an undisclosed amount, the Los Angeles Times reported. The site has already been proposed for a 650-unit, 35-story high-rise market-rate residential tower and a four-story, 240-room luxury hotel.
