Two one-story apartment buildings in Mar Vista could give way to an affordable housing complex. HVN Development filed an application with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning to clear the two buildings to construct a five-story building with 81 one-bedroom apartments at 11848 Venice Boulevard, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
