The daughter of famed Los Angeles retailer Fred Segal placed her Toluca Lake home on the market for just under $10 million. After a little over two years at 4343 Forman Avenue and a full restoration of the property, Segal is now looking to sell, with the asking price penciling out to $2,029 per square foot.
