Another piece of the late Jerry Perenchio’s real estate portfolio came on the market this week, asking just under $14 million. Located on Malibu Colony Road, the 3,700-square-foot oceanfront pad has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as an outdoor deck and wet bar. Perenchio, who died in May, was the chief executive at Univision. Among some of his other properties listed for sale include the jaw-dropping, $350 million “Chartwell” estate, and a 70-acre portfolio of undeveloped land in Malibu. The Agency’s Sandro Dazzan is sharing the listing with Drew and Susan Gitlin of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

Farther from the coast, Andrew O’Connor is hoping to make some magic happen in Brentwood. The Hollywood actor and producer, famous for his magic-themed TV shows, listed his estate for just under $12 million. Spanning nearly 5,000 square feet, the two-story, modern-looking home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Amenities include an outdoor patio, screening room, office and infinity-edge swimming pool, Variety reported. O’Connor’s credits can be seen in the award-winning series “Peep Show,” “That Awkward Moment” and “Magicians.”

Also this week, the home of the late voice actress Heather North came on the market. She’s best known for her stint as Daphne Blake on “Scooby-Doo.” The Studio City home is listed for $3.6 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. It features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a brick-tiled fireplace, swimming pool and cabana. North and her late husband, H. Wesley Kenny, purchased the home in 1976 for $124,000.

The Eagles’ founding member Don Henley also played a part in the L.A. real estate scene recently, paying just over $2 million for a home in the Hollywood Hills. At 1,830 square feet, the Spanish bungalow includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The “Hotel California” singer paid $360,000 over asking, Variety reported. Henley primarily lives in Dallas, and also owns a 40-acre spread in Malibu.
