A shut-down hotel near Los Angeles International Airport is set to transform into affordable housing. The Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety has issued a permit for a proposal to build housing at the former Four Points by Sheraton at 9750 Airport Boulevard, Westside Today reported, citing Urbanize Los Angeles. Kingdom Development and Capital Insight are listed as applicants for the project. The Four Points ceased operations in February.
