A Beverly Hills property once owned by developer Rick Caruso has traded hands for $47.5 million. The sale of the seven-bed, 15-bath home at 912 Benedict Canyon Drive was inked in late July and recorded with Los Angeles County this week. Beverly Hills-based Westside Estate Agency double ended the deal with Fred Bernstein and Ethan Peskowitz the listing agents. Meanwhile, WEA co-founder Kurt Rappaport represented the buyer.
