Sotheby’s International Realty’s Go Group has landed the residential sales contract at Century City’s most-watched project in the Reuben Brothers’ Century Plaza. The Go Group, which is led by Neyshia Go and based in Beverly Hills, is now exclusively marketing Park Elm, in addition to the Fairmont Residences at the mixed-use project. The twin, 44-story towers comprising Park Elm total 268 units. The north tower, currently open for sales, has between 60-70 units available.
