A stalled hotel project in Culver City is moving forward after years of inactivity on the planning front. The Culver City Planning Commission is slated to review revised plans from Irvine-based development firm Greens Group for a mixed-use building at 11469 Jefferson Boulevard, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. Culver City officials gave the greenlight in 2021 to Sandstone Properties’ plans to redevelop a shopping center into a hotel named “The Jeff.” That proposal called for the construction of a five-story building with 175 guest rooms above ground-floor restaurant space and a two-level subterranean parking garage with capacity for 138 cars.
