Entertainment giant AEG Worldwide pulled back the curtain on the latest plans for a mixed-use tower on a surface parking lot in Downtown Los Angeles. The company, also known as Anschutz Entertainment Group, submitted an application to build a 49-story residential and hotel building in downtown Los Angeles, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The property, at 917-931 West Olympic Boulevard and 920-948 South Georgia Street, is poised for a 49-story tower rising 631 feet.
