A seaside mansion in Malibu occupied by a longtime NHL player is on the market. Former professional hockey defenseman Chris Chelios has listed his compound overlooking Paradise Cove beach for just under $60 million, Mansion Global reported. The nearly half-acre property at 28026 Sea Lane Drive first hit the market in early 2023 for $75 million. The listing is handled by Carl Gambino and John Bercsi of the Gambino Group at Compass.
