A creative office space that’s home to a production company that helped make Lost, sold for about $31 million, property records show. The buyer for J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot Productions building is unknown, but accounting firm HCVT CEO Vicken Haleblian is named in the deed, dated late October, and corporation records — the buyer could be a client. The deal for the 18,000 square-foot building at 1221 Olympic Boulevard, near the Santa Monica pier, comes out to roughly $1,700 per square foot.
