Stan Kroenke’s 300-acre Hollywood Park development is moving forward with its first hotel project thanks to a nearly $200 million funding injection. KPC Development, the commercial and residential development subsidiary of developer KPC Group, secured a $195 million financing package for the Kali Hotel and Rooftop, rising 13 stories in Inglewood near SoFi Stadium, Commercial Observer reported.
