A residential compound in Beverly Hills’ tony Beverly Park has reentered the market with a new look as the seller seeks to entice buyers with an 11 percent price cut. The roughly 28,000-square-foot home at 73 Beverly Park Lane headed back on the market last week with an asking price just under $80 million, or $2,807 per square foot.
