Robinson Pharma is continuing its Orange County growth spurt with another building acquisition. The pharmaceutical company, one of the country’s largest manufacturers of dietary supplements and other nutraceutical products, completed its purchase of 3130 South Fairview Street in Santa Ana, the Orange County Business Journal reported. An affiliate of Houston-based Hines sold the 82,241-square-foot newly built building for about $40.7 million, or approximately $495 per square foot.
